(Hi guys,
I posted this out on the Jam Jar Weddings and Events insta stories yesterday and a few people came back to me to say that they would find it useful so I've uploaded it here for you. For those who don't know us - we are a family of three and the mini one in the centre is Isla, she is 5 and in reception. We haven't had much of anything in the way of activities to keep her busy from her school yet and with mine and hubby's jobs still very much happening from home, I needed to create some structure so that none of us are missing out on any of the time we should be spending working and learning. After a week of letting us all get our heads around working differently for a few weeks or months, I finally felt ready yesterday to get a proper plan in place to make this work. A lot of the things I chose are things that Isla can do independently, but I have made sure to do a few things every day with her that mean she's getting some guided learning too. Disclaimer - I'm no teacher, just a mommy who doesn't want her baby (or myself!) to stop learning during this. As you will see, creativity and getting outside are things I care a lot about so they are in there every day in ours. Today I'm planning next weeks "lessons" and if anyone would like me to share my pinterest boards, worksheets or activities I'm more than happy to. I also want to say - if you're not planning to "school" your kids over the coming months - THAT'S ABSOLUTELY FINE! We all have to do whatever works for us in times like these and I don't want anyone to interpret this as a "this is how it should be done" kind of post. It genuinely isn't. This is just the way I feel like I can get us through this giving me time to work on the businesses and giving her the chance to carry on enjoying her learning. Downloads in the links below, I have done blank ones for boys, girls and groups and I've also included the filled in one of Isla's if it helps. Take care guys xx

23/2/2020 0 Comments Time Audit - Find at least one extra hour EVERY day with our simple FREE guide and workbook! There just aren't enough hours in the day!" Sound familiar? As an award winning business owner, mother, wife and a multitude of other roles - time is the thing that I value the most highly in my life and I cherish every second of it. I also make it work for me, every hour, of EVERY day. A time audit is a simple process of working out what you're spending your time on, and how you can free some of it up to do more of what you want. Invest 10 minutes every day for a week in our time audit and I promise you that by the end of the week you'll find at least one extra hour every day to play with. The GuideThe Workbooks
The WorkbookThe workbook has 14 pages for you to work through your goals. We use the Wheel of Life method with a few of our own techniques thrown in. The thing we love the most about our method is that it works for every area of your life, with any goal! Just follow the steps, in the order they are listed in the workbook, and by the end you will have a goal, milestones, objectives and tasks to get you there - all with a date to work towards. There are blank worksheets for each step for you to print off as many as you need. The GuideThe guide will take you through each step in the process and gives you an example of how the process works. It can be a lot to take in if you're new to the method we use as there are a few levels to it - the guide will show you how simple it is once you get going! Using the ToolsSetting great goals shouldn't be a quick fix - if you want to achieve your dreams you have to put the work in at the beginning and get clear on what you want and how you're going to get it. Once you have - going for them will be easier than you could ever imagine because you have a plan to keep you on the right track. We use this method for every area of our lives, and I encourage you to do the same! To do that though, you're going to need to set some time aside! If you have found this page because you have a specific are you want to work on, awesome. Do that first. Once you've seen how amazing the method is - you'll soon be back at your workbook to start planning the rest of your amazing life. If you would like a little help to get going - we are launching our NEW Goal Getters workshop later in the year at the Studio. Head over to the workshops page to have a look at what we'll be covering. We hope you enjoy the tools and would love to hear about your journey as you use them. |
