It's been a tricky week for us at Jam Jar. If you've followed the instagram stories you'll know we've had a poorly little one, a broken arm and a delayed studio move to contend with which have all built up a little worry monster in the pit of my stomach. So much so that I've had to use this technique a few times to clear my head and to get myself ready to manage the challenges we're up against. I've used these simple steps for a few years now and they have always been a great way to calm my nerves and give my head the quiet it needs to find solutions or find some peace with what I can't change.
